Reports will be given in 24 hours however, for comparative / follow up study, it can take 48 hours (excluding Sundays & Holidays).

Please collect the reports after 7:00pm on the reporting date or any time after the reporting date/time. Please bring the original receipt to collect the reports or incase refund is required. AZDC will not be responsible for reports not collected within three months after the reporting date.
Please keep safe your personal belongings.The management will not be responsible for any such loss. Please keep valuable items in your vehicle or with accompanying person.
Patient coming from hospitals emergency will be given priority.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
Duration of examination will depend on the procedure.
On the day of your appointment be sure to bring your doctor’s referral form and previous medical records.
Management reserves the right to allow or disallow to use the facility.
Please do not give gifts or cash to employees.
Please report complaints with Manager and remain calm, as your issues shall be addressed appropriately.
For Women in reproductive age:
If you are pregnant or think you may be, please inform the reception / technician before having the x-ray examination. X-ray may be harmful during pregnancy.
